$500 for residential transactions up to $600k
$800 for residential transactions $601k - 1.2M
$1,200 for residential transactions $1.2M - 2M
$1,500 for residential transactions over $2M
Low Monthly Fee & Low Compliance, E&O Fee Per File.
Commercial Realtors
90/10 Split with a $10,000 Annual Cap - $50 Monthly or $600 Annual Fee - $150 Compliance Per File
All Stryve Realty Realtors have Access to the Broker, Broker-Agent Support Team & Staff.
We are a Phone call or Text away.
